The rights stretch for the next 3 seasons (through the 2014-15 season). The channel is operated by Qatar-based Al Jazeera TV and is expected to officially launch on August 15th. The launch date is actually 15-days delayed from the original expected launch date of August 1st. The channel is yet to announce which provider(s) will carry them.
